HermannSaur.de is a website I redesigned for the deacon of Putzbrunn, a village near Munich, Germany.
As the leader of a parish of 3600 members, he uses this website as an informational resource on the parish and youth events, as well as a showcase of photos from his trips to Scandinavia.
My Role: This website initially consisted of a set of static HTML pages with a third-party layout. As the sole developer, I created a new dynamic layout from scratch, updated the existing HTML to XHTML Strict, and improved international compatibility by converting special characters (e.g., ß, ü) to HTML entities.
